The Gut - Brain Connection

Do you feel like you can fully trust your gut instinct?   What could you accomplish if you had more energy and authentically believed in yourself?  These are the very questions that led to the development of OneZyme.  The brain has a direct effect on the stomach and intestines, and this connection goes both ways.  A troubled intestine sends signals to the brain, just as a troubled brain sends signals to the gut.  Therefore, a person's stomach or intestinal distress can be the cause or the product of anxiety, stress, or depression.  So, how do you give your body the best possible chance for success?  You go back to basics and utilize the science that helped to create us, enzymes.    Every organ, every tissue and all 100 trillion cells in our body depend upon the reaction of enzymes and their energy factor.  Without these enzymes, cellular life would cease to exist.

 Digestive Enzymes: Nourish The Body

Have you ever eaten a meal and felt completely wiped out afterwards?  This happens because digestion takes an enormous amount of energy, and when hindered, it takes even more.   Perhaps you've experienced feeling of fullness long after you've eaten, suffered from abdominal pain, or lost sleep due to

acid reflux.  Undigested food turns to waste and toxicity within the body,

causing physical, behavioral, and emotional distress.

Digestive Enzymes are an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.   By breaking down proteins, carbohydrates and fats, nutrients are being delivered to your cells

and organs, paving the way for more energy.

Furthermore, your Serotonin levels will have an optimal chance of increasing.
